About Crystal M. Hawk
Missouri and Illinois Estate Planning Attorney
Crystal M. Hawk is the owner and managing partner in the firm of Cary, Welch, Hickman & Hawk, LLC. She attended Lindenwood University on a full academic scholarship and earned her B.A. in Business Administration in three years. She also completed her Juris Doctor in only two and a half years, graduating from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in January 2007. She was admitted to the Missouri Bar in April 2007.
She has participated as an instructor of regional and national legal education classes for attorneys on Estate Planning and Medicaid Planning issues. Mrs. Hawk is a graduate of the ACTEC Heart of America Fellows Institute. Further, she is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), a board member for the Missouri Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (beginning in 2020), a member of the Education Committee for the Missouri Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, a member of the Education Committee for the Missouri Bar Annual Estate, Trust and Elder Law Institute, a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and is a Veterans Accredited Attorney. Cary, Welch Hickman & Hawk, LLC has been voted one of the top ten elder law firms in Missouri for both 2018, 2019, and 2022.
